If a photo of yourself or your child(ren) has mistakingly been placed on this website without your desire, please contact us, and we will take it down in a timely manner. Also, if you have not done so already, please download a copy of the Immanuel Church of the Nazarene Permission Form to fill out and submit it to the Church office to indicate how you wish your photo to be used.

Model Agreement

Videos, photographs, and audio clips are taken at many church events to be used for future promotional material. By entering Immanuel Church of the Nazarene, a public building, you are giving permission on behalf of each person in your group to Immanuel Church of the Nazarene to use your picture in promotional materials, unless otherwise stated in the Immanuel Church of the Nazarene Permission Form.
